Liberal Democrat Council funds repairs for Wildern Leisure Centre pool

The newly refurbished Hedge End swimming pool at Wildern Leisure Centre has finally opened!. Major works including a new roof, seating and sparkling changing rooms have been completed thanks to funds from Eastleigh Borough Council.
Hedge End Lib Dem Councillors Keith House and Derek Pretty worked hard to get the scheme up and running. “The contractors managed to work pretty well all through Covid even when the school was closed so there was less disruption for pupils”, says Keith.
